FIELD: civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: chamber mixer is designed for intensive energy saving wave technologies of crushing, mixing and transportation of substances. It presents air-operated hydraulic wave system which elements of oscillatory circuit are tuned to resonance through pipe-line of compressed air with power plant exciting waves. It has geometrical dimensions related by law of wave ratio to length of shock wave and geometrical shapes determined by wave physics. By contrast to pneumatic machines where compressed air acts on surface of working object over small area (ejector, slot and other types) wave vibration acts on whole volume of wave environment creating conditions for high productivity of system, for deep mixing and fine dispersion of mixtures and for their high chemical activity. Chamber mixer is mechanically coupled to turbine rotating by means of reactive component of flow of aerosols. EFFECT: high productivity, deep mixing and fine dispersion of mixtures. 2 dwg
