FIELD: shipbuilding. SUBSTANCE: complex for raising sunken objects has cargo gripping member connected with water craft by means of rope and coupling unit. Complex is also provided with support installed on bottom and connected with additional water craft, as well as working head and mechanism for connecting the coupling unit with sunken object which are detachably interconnected. During operation of the complex, coupling units are mounted on sunken object by means of working head and then sunken object is raised by cargo-gripping members.
