FIELD: chemistry of polymers. SUBSTANCE: product: catalyst component of (co)polymerization of alpha-olefin represents the solid interaction product prepared using adduct of magnesium dichloride with alcohol containing 0.4-1.7 mole alcohol per 1 mole magnesium dichloride at molar ratio diisobutylphthalate magnesium dichloride up to 0.025-0.037, atomic ratio titanium magnesium 0.057-0.065, specific surface 66,5 -249,0 m²/g and porosity 0,261-0,427 cm³/g. Method involves preliminary dealcoholization of magnesium dichloride adduct with alcohol by its heating in nitrogen flow up to the content 0.4-1.7 mole alcohol per 1 mole magnesium dichloride followed by addition to titanium tetrachloride at 0 C, heating up to 40 C. Then diisobutylphthalate is added up to molar ratio magnesium dichloride diisobutylphthalate 8, heated up to 100 C, kept at this temperature, solid interaction product is separated, and titanium tetrachloride is added. Then mixture is heated up to 120 C, solid interaction product is separated and washed with anhydrous hexane. In method of polyolefin synthesis solid interaction product is used. The latter is prepared using adduct of magnesium dichloride with alcohol containing 0.4-1.7 mole alcohol per 1 mole magnesium dichloride and showing ratio diisobutylphthalate magnesium dichloride 0.025-0.037, atomic ratio titanium magnesium 0.057-0.065, specific surface 66,5 -249,0 m²/g and porosity 0,261-0,427 cm³/g.
