FIELD: catalyst chemistry, polymerization. SUBSTANCE: 2-isopropyl-2-isopentyl-1,3-dimethoxy propane or diisobutyl phthalate are used donor of electrons. Solid carrier is treated in turn by the former portion of titanium tetrachloride, by donor of electrons and by the second portion of titanium tetrachloride. Molar ratio of magnesium compounds to total quantity of hydroxyl groups being added with oxide is 0.9-4.3, molar ratio of said donor to magnesium compound being 0.3. Content of magnesium compound is 1.08-20.00 mmol per 1 g of oxide. Molar ratio of titanium tetrachloride and magnesium compound is at least 1:1.2. Solid precipitate interacts with trialkyl aluminium in the presence of diphenyldimethoxy silane, its quantity being 0.05 mol per 1 mol of trialkyl aluminium.
