FIELD: development of underwater mineral deposits under arctic conditions, mainly, of liquid and gaseous minerals, particularly, construction of underwater technology complex which provides for performance of jobs by method of cluster drilling irrespective of weather conditions and presence of ice cover. SUBSTANCE: method and technological complex are characterized by the fact that production equipment is located on bottom supporting plate. For location of drilling equipment, use is made of underwater drilling vessel. Compartment of rotary unit and load-lifting system are connected with wellhead connectors of bottom supporting plate with the help of intermediate water-separating means located on process car of bottom supporting plate. Drilling cuttings are collected into ballast vessels of bottom-supporting plate. Liquid ballast is displaced from said vessels. Oil and gas showings are gathered with their subsequent separation and withdrawal. In this case, well is killed with subsequent recovery of mud circulation. EFFECT: reduced expenditures for manufacture and servicing of technological complex of underwater mineral mining, decreased time taken for development of underwater deposits, higher efficiency of operation of drilling and production equipment under arctic conditions with corresponding meeting of ecological requirements. 18 cl
