FIELD: conveyance of building mortars. SUBSTANCE: device comprises a casing and flexible tubular shell inside. A circular space between casing and shell is filled with an auxiliary material. The tubular shell has circular stops arranged in succession along its surface. Electric dischargers are equispaced on the casing at an angle to one another and displaced longitudinally in a spiral pattern. The axis of each electric discharger passes through the base of the circular stop nearest to the electric discharger. The axis of the latter is inclined to the central axis of the casing at 30-45 deg. EFFECT: improved design. 2 dwg
