FIELD: production of prefabricated concrete and reinforced concrete pieces used in major construction work and military bridge building. SUBSTANCE: aim is to increase strength of piece concrete and to decrease production process. Monopulse method of reinforced concrete structures production provides for pressing of concrete mixture, its activation by single discharge, vibration action with electromagnetic ionization. Method allows to increase concrete strength up to 145 %, to decrease by 2 - 4 hours usage of heat-moisture treatment mode, to decrease by 10 -15 % mass of pressed overload. Total power consumption is decreased by 18 - 25 %. EFFECT: increased concrete strength, decreased power consumption, pressed overload mass, duration of heat-moisture treatment mode. 4 dwg
