FIELD: technique for natural gas transportation. SUBSTANCE: to reduce expenditures for filling cylinders 4 with natural gas, provision is made for pressure differential between trunk gas pipeline 1 and gas pipeline 3 for rotation of turbine 2, which is connected by means of drive 9 with compressor 5 and pump 10. Gas withdrawn for filling cylinders is cooled in additional heat exchanger 12 and compressed in compressor 5 up to supercritical pressure, and cooled in cooler to temperature below critical. Produced liquid is supercooled in supercooler 11 and compressed additionally to preset pressure. Optimization of power consumption for compression of gas filled into cylinder 4 from service vessel 7 due to utilization of low temperature in recuperative heat exchangers 6, 11 and 12.
