FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: method is implemented on installation consisting of two contours, of which the first one is intended for gas decontamination, extraction of heavy hydrocarbons and nitrogen, and natural-gas liquefaction, the second one being a coolant flow contour wherein coolant flow, subsequent to compression and cooling, is divided into two streams in the ratio of 1:19 to 1:33 in a division unit. A bigger flow of coolant is directed to the heat exchanger for cooling, a smaller one being directed, through a throttle gate, to a stripping column cube. After that, the both coolant flows are subject to blending subsequent to pressure equalising. Installation for natural gas liquefaction includes a contour for gas decontamination, extraction of heavy hydrocarbons and nitrogen, and natural-gas liquefaction as well as a coolant flow contour. The gas liquefaction division unit is furnished with two outlets whereto jointed are the first and second lines of liquefied gas blended in the unit for liquefied gas blending. The first liquefied gas line passes through the first heat exchanger, and the second liquefied gas line through the second heat exchanger. The both lines contain gates and pressurometers providing for pressure equalising in the first and second lines prior to their blending in the unit for liquefied gas blending, with the outlet of the letter connected to the first separator which top section is connected with the stripping column by the third liquefied gas line passing through the first heat exchanger. The stripping column top section is connected by the pipeline to the second heat exchanger, its bottom section being connected by the fourth liquefied gas line passing through heat exchanger/aftercooler. The coolant flow contour incorporates a unit for compressed coolant division furnished with two outlets whereto jointed are the first and second coolant lines blending in the first unit for coolant flows blending. The first coolant line passes through the third heat exchanger, and the second one through the third throttle gate and the stripping column cube steam. The, both lines contain gates and pressurometers providing for coolant pressure equalising in the first and second lines prior to their blending in the unit for coolant flows blending.
EFFECT: reduced power inputs for natural gas liquefaction.
