FIELD: heat engineering. SUBSTANCE: heat generator has housing 2 with cylindrical portion and is equipped with cyclone 1 whose end side is connected with cylindrical portion of housing 2; braking device 3 is mounted in base opposite to cyclone 1. Mounted in cylindrical portion of housing 2 after braking device 3 is bottom 6 with outlet hole which is in communication with outlet branch pipe 8 connected with cyclone by means of bypass branch pipe 9. Joint is made at cyclone opposite to cylindrical portion of housing 2 coaxially with it. Braking device is made of at least two radial ribs secured on central bush. Additional braking device 10 is mounted in bypass branch pipe 9 below zone of its connection with cyclone 1. Ratio of diameter of cylindrical portion of housing 2 and outlet hole of injection branch pipe 13 is equal to or more than 2. Device for heating the liquid has heat generator, pump, supply and discharge pipe lines, liquid motion accelerator connected with pump by means of injection branch pipe 12 which is connected with lateral side of liquid motion accelerator.
