HEAT GENERATOR AND DEVICE FOR HEATING LIQUID Russian patent published in 1999 - IPC

FIELD: liquid heating systems; public utilities; farming; transport. SUBSTANCE: heat generator is provided with vortex tubes connected with liquid motion accelerator unit made in form of volutes. Each volute is provided with accelerating bush of definite sizes. Vortex tubes are provided with braking devices. Devices for heating liquid includes heat generator, working pump, supply and return pipe lines with shut-off valves which are used for connecting the consumer with heat generator provided with liquid motion accelerator unit. Injector branch pipes are connected to lateral side of this unit. They include conoid nozzle with cylindrical part, throttle and vortex branch pipe with swirler which are mounted coaxially and are rigidly interconnected. Pressure pipe line connected to working pump is provided with silencer on its opposite side. Ratio of arms of silencer relative to point of its connection with pressure pipe is equal to 3/5. One outlet of silencer is connected with upper collector and other outlets are connected with liquid motion accelerator unit through injector tubes. Vortex tubes are communicated with lower collector which is connected with supply pipe line and lateral side of collector is connected with pump and with return pipe line through side branch.
