FIELD: testing equipment. SUBSTANCE: gear includes L-shaped strain-gauge link 1 with strain-measuring devices 2 and 3 and working tool 4 made fast to its tip. Strain-gauge link 1 is mounted on case 5 with the aid of intermediate L-shaped frame 6 which vertical and horizontal arms are positioned in parallel and with clearances relative to proper arms of strain-gauge link 1 which is coupled to corresponding arm of frame 6 by means of collar 7 embracing it with capability of axial translation and turning and of angular translation of link 1 with reference to collar 7. Vertical arm of strain-gauge link 1 is coupled to vertical arm of frame 6 in midpart for mutual longitudinal, lateral and angular translations with the use of supporting balls 14. In upper part it has restoring member 15. Vertical arms of strain-gauge link 1 and frame 6 are additionally inter coupled with the help of restoring members 16.
