FIELD: agriculture; machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural and forestry machine building, in particular to design of measuring instruments, and can be used for study of power characteristics of working elements of tillage tools. Device for measuring vertical and horizontal force on working tool of agricultural tools comprises frame of agricultural tools and working tool. Between them parallelogram mechanism is installed, one of horizontal links of which is connected with working element and has thrust acting on free end of strain girder. Other horizontal link is connected to the frame and is equipped with a rigidly fixed vertical strain girder. Two identical links of rectangular cross section are hinged vertically between horizontal links. On front and rear faces of vertical links along axis of symmetry at equal distance from hinges there are tensoresistors attached. Strain gages of vertical links are connected in series to one arm of measuring bridge.
EFFECT: technical result is simple design and high accuracy of measuring vertical and horizontal forces on working tool of agricultural tools.
