FIELD: infrared heating devices for heating rooms. SUBSTANCE: electrically heated panel is made of strengthened silicate glass-plates, on one of which a semiconductive oxide coating with specific power no more, than 0.2 Wt/sq. cm is applied. The other glass is coated by titanium oxynitrite. The surfaces of glass plates, having the above mentioned coatings, are turned one to another, and they are cemented by plastificated polyvinylbutiral film. Combination-type current leads, made on a base of silicate-argentum busbars and copper foil, are mounted on opposite sides of the glass plate with the semiconductor coating. Ends of panel are insulated along their contour by a sealing agent. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of heating device operation. 1 cl, 2 dwg
