FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to multi-layered shockproof composite materials based on silicate glass. Multi-layered product contains unit of eight silicate glasses. The 1-st and 2-nd glasses are from 5.0 to 12.0 mm thick and are strengthened by air -hardening On external surface of the 2-nd glass applied are transparent current-conducting In2O3 coating and indium ties, which have reliable contact with frame via round mesh and collector-ring. The 3-rd glass is 8.0-15.0 mm thick and is strengthened by etching. The 4-th, 5-th and 6-th glasses are from 10.0 to 15.0 mm thick and are strengthened by etching. The 7-th glass is 2.0-5.0 mm thick and is strengthened by ionic exchange. The 8-th glass is 1.0-3.0 mm thick, is strengthened by ionic exchange, on its internal surface from the side of gluing layer current-conducting coating and indium ties are applied. The 1-st and 2-nd glasses are glued together with intermediate polyurethane A4700 2-5 mm thick film. Glasses 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 are glued with intermediate polyurethane A4700 8-12 mm thick film.
EFFECT: creation of multi-layered products of construction optics, applied as armoured glasses of special vehicles of 6-th class protection, withstanding bullet hit from DSR rifle and providing higher optic characteristics in exploitation in difficult climatic conditions.
