SUBSTANCE: device for pin-point destruction uses a housing with shaped charges secured on its periphery, it is furnished with an initiator, which is made as an annular detonating charge located on the back side of the shaped charges. Besides, the device is provided with yokes positioned on the housing and interconnected by plates having mounting faces arranged lengthwise, mounting faces are also provided in height of the housing proper, and detachable charge holders are positioned in the mounting faces.
