FIELD: explosion means, applicable for initiation of detonating fuses with preset time delay at blastings in mining and coal industries. SUBSTANCE: the relay has two primer detonators with charges and delay elements interconnected through a tubular element in such a way that the delay elements face each other. The walls of the tubular element cavity are coated with a layer of explosive or mixture. The detonating fuse, which is part of the relay or belongs to the detonating system accommodating the relay, may be connected only to the primer-detonator on the side of the charge ends by crimping on the primer-detonator shell, or to the primer detonator along its side surface and to the tubular element by means of connectors. EFFECT: enhanced reliability and accuracy of functioning within a wide range of time delay. 5 cl, 2 dwg
