FIELD: laser engineering. SUBSTANCE: mirror has reflecting plate, intermediate plate, and base. Channels for coolant are made at both sides of intermediate plate. The channels are connected together and connected with distributing collector, as well as with rejection collector. Mirror has high geometrical stability due to effective profiled cooling of reflecting plate. As a result, heat can not enter base of the mirror. EFFECT: improved reliability of operation. 4 cl, 3 dwg
