FIELD: thermal emission conversion of thermal energy to electrical energy. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in any power installations of space, ground and other assignment. Proposed thermal emission converter has vacuumed case, flat emitter, collector, spacing block, elastically deformed element, flexible heat conductor and heat removal system. Vacuumed case is formed by metal-ceramic unit made of insulator and collars sealed tight with emitter and via heat removal system with collector. Collar linked to emitter is manufactured from cylindrical thin wall shells placed coaxially. Spacing block comes in the form of ceramic ring freely positioned in external annular groove of collector. Elastically deformed element in the form of compression spring and flexible heat conductor joined permanently to it are located between collector and base of heat removal system.
