FIELD: power engineering. SUBSTANCE: power source has spherical casing accommodating high-pressure chamber partially filled with liquid and provided with inlet and outlet channels. High-pressure chamber is free to move horizontally and vertically. Rotor, whose axis of revolution is in parallel with horizontal surface, is installed in chamber for vertical displacement. Movable radial blades placed in clearance between chamber walls and rotor form working elements. The latter, forming half of this annular clearance, are filled with liquid. Rotor has unbalance ring housing inside coaxially mounted planetary gear frame with horizontal axis of revolution. Planetary gear shaft is mounted on casing for vertical displacement. Installed inside frame is eccentric ball; working chambers are formed over circumference, divided by diaphragm partitions into internal and external working sections. External working sections are filled with conducting liquid and internal ones, with neutral liquid. External working sections symmetrical with respect to axis of revolution communicate through channels with MHD generator. Frame also has double-ended movable radial blades placed between eccentric ball and unbalance ring. Source also has electromagnetic system, counter-pressure and radial blades restricting circular turn of eccentric ball and unbalance ring with respect to planetary gear frame.
