FIELD: power engineering. SUBSTANCE: power supply has frame mounting on one horizontal axis of revolution rotor-inductor and rotor-converter kinematically coupled with external drive. Rotor-inductor mounted inside it hollow eccentric cam in a spaced relation filled with high-pressure gas. Placed in space, on its inner surface, are at least two fixed radial blades and at least two movable radial blades with back-pressure springs arranged on the surface of hollow eccentric ball in radial plane to form working sections. Rotor-converter has inside it hollow gas-filled eccentric ball placed in a spaced relation, its diameter being larger and weight smaller than those of rotor-inductor eccentric ball. Placed in space are at least two pushing pistons with back-pressure springs joined with inner surfaces of cylindrical high-pressure chambers, and hollow eccentric ball carries on its surface at least two fixed radial blades. Working sections and cylindrical high-pressure chambers are joined in pairs and symmetrically to axis of revolution of power supply to communication channels filled with liquid or gas; communication channels accommodate MHD generator channels and are filled with electricity conducting liquid.
