FIELD: power engineering; different branches of industry. SUBSTANCE: gravitational energy source has housing accommodating rotary stators coupled by axles of rotation through hinge joint with vertical axle of rotation of driving device furnished with power source. Each stator has hollow chamber in which rotor is placed eccentrically. Rotor has cylindrical frame with cylindrical working chamber accommodating rotor-eccentric which has electromagnets with multiple-phase control windings which coupled with electromagnets which have multiple phase rotor control windings. Working sections are arranged on cylindrical frame. These sections are placed in communication through channels with circular working chamber filled with liquid medium. EFFECT: reduced rolling friction in rotor-eccentric. 3 cl, 3 dwg
