FIELD: light industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting out, assembling, and adding fastening fixtures to the trousers. In cutting out, the left and right halves are provided with a rectangular vent cutout. In assembling, the cutout is positioned symmetric with the middle seam, and a multilayer shock- absorbing package is placed in the cutout. The package has at least three layers (external, middle, and internal), and the internal and external layers are made of the lining and trousers cloths respectively. The middle layer is fabricated from some profiled flexible material such as porolon (thickness in the perineal area 20- 40 mm), and it has cross ventilation holes 5-12 mm in diameter. The multilayer shock-absorbing package is provided with a valve joined with the swivel part of the support located on the front end of the package for control of the microclimate in the course of the bicycle run. The valve has a peripheral VeIcro-type fastening belt, partly located in the rectangular cutout. EFFECT: higher product quality; convenience in use. 3 cl, 6 dwg
