SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method of stopping bleeding with elements of uniforms and uniforms for its implementation. The method includes stopping the bleeding. Implementation of the method includes the following: the textile tape of the outer tour is pulled above the site of bleeding, thereby tightening the ring of the constriction element and reducing bleeding. After that, the lever is inserted into the formed ring of the textile tape of the outer tour of the constriction element, the lever is rotated parallel to the limb, tightening the constriction element until the bleeding stops. After that, the lever is fixed in the textile fastener of the strip with the textile fastener located between the constriction elements, and a mark is made on the time of bleeding stop. The uniform includes a constriction element, a uniform jacket with sleeves and uniform trousers with trouser legs, drawstrings and a guide with slits. The uniform contains a textile valve with a textile fastener, one interacting element of which is sewn onto the textile valve, and the other onto the fabric of the sleeves of the uniform jacket with sleeves or the legs of uniform trousers with trousers, a lever, textile bands with a textile fastener, and a time indicator. The tie element is made in the form of rings inserted into the drawstring, consisting of two rounds of folded textile tape and two D-shaped buckles. The lever is configured to rotate parallel to the limb to tighten the constriction element until the bleeding stops and is configured to fix a strip with a textile fastener located between the constriction elements in the textile fastener.
