SUBSTANCE: plant has boiler 1, flue 2, flue gas cooler in the form of heat exchanger 3 whose inlet is connected to water treatment plant 6 and its outlet communicates with deaerator 5. Water vapor contained in flue gases is condensed on surface of heat exchanger 3. Water passed through heat exchanger 3 evaporates due to vacuum built up by deaerator 5 and due to condensation.
