FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: mode of boiler plant operation consists in that the main flow of the water vapour generated in the boiler is supplied into the shell-and-tube heat exchanger for heating of network water up to 110-120°C, the water vapour condensate which is formed there is withdrawn into the combined condensate tank, a part of the water vapour generated in the boiler is supplied into the deaerator for degassing of additional water and condensate, products of combustion of natural gas after the boiler are cooled in the water economiser down to 140-160°C and through the main gas flue are pumped into the condensation surface heat exchanger utiliser of combustion product heat where their deep cooling down to 35-40°C is performed with condensation of the part of water vapour contained in gases. To avoid condensation in external gas flues and in the funnel of water vapour remained in exhaust combustion products after their deep cooling the heating of remained combustion products up to 65-70°C is performed by water vapour generated in the boiler, in the surface steam-gas heat exchanger installed downstream the condensation heat exchanger utiliser upstream the smoke exhauster.
EFFECT: increase of efficient performance of boiler plant by increase of heating capacity.
