FIELD: power engineering power engineering; boiler plants operating on natural gas. SUBSTANCE: boiler plant has steam boiler, water economizer, feed water thermal deaerator, shell-and- tube heat exchanger, condensate tank with pump, smoke exhauster, chemical water treatment system and by-pass. Plant is furnished also with condensing surface heat exchanger-recovery unit, and thermal deaerator flash steam outlet branch pipe is connected to main gas duct at inlet of heat exchanger-recovery unit. This precludes preliminary degassing of feed water, makes it possible to recover flash steam deaerator, intensify heat exchange in heat exchanger - recovery unit and improve conditions of operation of smoke exhauster.
