FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: heat exchange has chambers 1 and 2 for supplying and discharging fluid respectively, pipe plates 3 and 4, heat exchanging members, common collectors 11 and 12 for supplying and discharging a coolant respectively, and blowing connecting pipes. Collector chambers 5 and 6 for the coolant abut against the inner and outer sides of the pipe plates. The chambers are interconnected through passageways 7 and 8. The heat exchanging members are made up as axially alined outer pipes 9 and inner pipes 10. The common collectors are connected with the collector chambers 5 and 6. Compensators can be mounted on outer pipes 9 of the heat exchanging member. Heat stresses in the pipe plates are decreased owing to their cooling from the both sides and through the walls of passages 7 and 8. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 2 cl, 2 dwg
