FIELD: mixing materials. SUBSTANCE: mixer has two opposite conical housings. Conical tori are mounted inside the housings and interconnected via flexible ties passing through driving reverse rollers. The housings are in communication with systems for supplying components and systems for discharging the mixture prepared. The ties reciprocate together with the tori owing to the reciprocation of the driving rollers. The components are mixed and then discharged from the housings. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 1 dwg
