FIELD: mixing materials. SUBSTANCE: mixer has housing provided with parts of different diameters, reverse driving drum, and working member made up as a torus. The flexible body is secured in the opening of the torus and connected with the drum through a flexible tie. The housing is in communication with the system for supplying components and discharging the mixture prepared. When the working member reciprocates, the components are mixed mechanically and due to vacuum- pneumatic effect. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 1 dwg
