FIELD: mixing materials. SUBSTANCE: mixer has the mixing chamber. The hose connected with the systems for supplying and discharging working agent is mounted inside the chamber. The working member made up as a torus is mounted on the hose. The working member reciprocates inside the chamber under the action of the working agent which is supplied and discharged from the hose.
