FIELD: chemical catalysis. SUBSTANCE: catalyzing system has complex of boron trifluoride with a substance containing oxygen as acceptor atom and a solvent. Dioxolane and benzene taken in 1:1-2.5:1 proportion as solvent, boron trifluoride contents in the catalyst system being equal to 1.0-5.0% by mass. Method for producing the catalyst system involves interaction of boron trifluoride and a substance containing oxygen as acceptor atom followed by solving in the solvent. The complex is to be solved in mixed solvent containing dioxolane and benzene taken in 1:1.5-1:4 proportion followed by diluting it with dioxolane to obtain dioxolane:benzene proportion of 1:1-2.5:1. Contents of boron trifluoride in complex with the substance containing oxygen as acceptor atom in the catalyst system is 1.5-5.0% by mass. EFFECT: higher end product output. 2 cl, 1 tbl
