FIELD: production of copolymers of trioxane with dioxolane. SUBSTANCE: catalyst comprises catalytic system containing complex of boron trifluoride with oxygen-containing compound, solvents and oligomethyl siloxane. Dioxolane and benzene at their mass ratio 1:1-2.5:1, respectively, are used as said solvents. Quantity of boron trifluoride is 1.0-5.0 mass %, quantity of oligomethyl siloxane being 0.5-10 % of mass of catalytic system. EFFECT: improved quality of desired product. 1 tbl
