FIELD: removing admixtures from materials. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has housing, rotating means mounted at the axis of the housing, and branch pipes for supplying and discharging solutions. The rotating means is provided with filtering member on its outer side and with ionite. The housing is toroidal. The rotation means is constructed as at least two flexible tori positioned with a spaced relation to each other. A part of the housing space is bounded by gates and is in communication with the systems for supplying and discharging regenerating fluid. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 1 dwg
