SUBSTANCE: technical effect is ensured by means of the method whose main peculiarities are the unique usage of the following operations: preparation of charge, molding of the air-dried brick of the charge, its transferring into the thermic device, drying and roasting of the brick, discharging, packing and stockpiling. For example, the operations of the brick roasting are carried out in the temperature range of 320-1550 C during 1.2 49 hours maintaining the partial pressure of the ionized gases in the required limits. The main distinguishing structural feature of executing the line for producing bricks is the mutually subordinated unique fulfillment of the operations comprising it, that is preparation of charge, molding of the air-dried bricks, charge assembly molding, thermal treatment, reception and packing. The thermic device is made in the form of a multideck roller multisectional furnace with the chain mechanism of the roller hearth drive and with the program, structural features of the thermic device and the specific conditions of the thermal treatment of bricks.
