METHOD AND APPARATUS TO PRODUCE CLAY BRICK Russian patent published in 1995 - IPC

FIELD: construction materials industry. SUBSTANCE: method of clay bricks production provides, that granules, formed of charge, are heated in suspended (or boiled) layer under medium temperature by 50 - 250 C higher, than calculated temperature of heated granules, within 6 - 96 s. Burn of heated granules is exercised in suspended (or boiling) layer under medium temperature by 50 - 100 C higher, than temperature of pyroplastic state (foaming) of granules within 8 - 68 s. Brick moulding is exercised by pressing of granules, that are in pyroplastic state, under temperature of 1000- 1250 C within 12 - 53 s. Bricks cooling is exercised by keeping in immovable medium under temperature of 900 - 1050 C within 992 - 1552 s till temperature of 500 - 600 C, then in movable uniflow medium with temperature of hot stream of 400 - 500 C within 1665 - 1737 s and till temperature of 60 C - in movable opposite directed flow of air hot agent, that is fed with temperature of environment within 4404 - 4927 s. Method to produce clay bricks is exercised by apparatus, that has gas burner with shells, gas feeding system, valves to control fuel feeding, chamber of thermal treatment of granules in suspended (or boiling) layer, rotor feeder with ladles, blowing fan, smoke sucking fan, sectional housing of under burner space, branch pipe-reducer to control air feeding, chamber to mould and press bricks, made of granules, press with hydraulic pump, shutters to shut window of thermal treatment and bricks form creation chamber, hydraulic cylinders-pushers and hydraulic lift, housings of structural formation, cooling, electric mechanical block of control with solenoid valves and hydraulic pump, safety automatic circuits.
