FIELD: waste water processing. SUBSTANCE: method involves delivering waste water into anode chamber 6 of electric activator 7 with aluminium anode 10. Cathode chamber 9 is filled with alkali metal chloride water solution. Aluminium hydroxide playing the role of active coagulant arises in solving aluminium anode 10 in process of water electrolysis to enable waste water to be clarified without coagulant contributing to waste water contamination. Chlorine ions form additional oxidizer on their way from cathode chamber 9 to anode chamber 10 resulting in full disinfection of waste water. Treatment is carried out under 2.0-3.0 kWh/m 2,0-3,0 kWh/m3 power consumption and 5-10% chloride solution concentration. EFFECT: full disinfection and clarification of waste water. 2 cl, 1 dwg, 1 tbl
