FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to treatment of effluents. Common salt is dissolved in tank 1. Pump 3 is used to feed purified sodium chloride solution into accumulating tank 7 arranged upstream of electrolytic cell. The latter is divided by web 4 into anode and cathode chambers 5, 6. Purified sodium chloride solution is fed by gravity from tank 7 into electrolytic cell while, from accumulating tank 8, water pre-softened in ion-exchange filter 16 flows therein. Electrolysis is performed. Formed anolyte is fed into anolyte separator 13 while catholyte is fed into separator 12. produced liquid chlorinating agent is discharged in tank with processed water.
EFFECT: higher safety.
