FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: fermentation is carried out sequentially in chambers of acid fermentation, regression of acid and alkaline fermentation with mash and biogas being collected in corresponding subchambers of methane fermentation. Clarified mash is discharged from sedimentation sections of the corresponding chambers in which substratum stratification into slime, activated sludge, clarified mash in the middle layer and floating layer in the upper part takes place. The floating layer is formed by gas bubbles around particles which are moved by transferring device along the production line by means of elastic cut plate. EFFECT: enhanced production output of biogas; increased methane contents. 1 dwg
