FIELD: glassware manufacturing. SUBSTANCE: method involves periodically delivering glass mass drops at the rate of 82-146 drops/min, 1170-1262 C temperature, 18-42 mm diameter and 40-110 mm length in glass parison mold cooled with fan. Ventilation air flow rate is 300-450 m3/h. Neck pressing, blowing glass ball and holding it during 2.3-4 s is carried out in the parison mold, including among that 0.4-0.9 s for pressing, 0.5-1.5 s for blowing and 1.2-2.0 s for holding. Air is supplied for pressing in 0.4-0.8 s and for blowing in 0.7-1.5 s after a glass drop having been fallen. The finishing mold is cooled with air spent in quantities of the order of 400-550 m3/h, final blowing and holding in the finishing mold takes 3.1-5.0 s including among that 1.2-3.5 s for blowing and 1.9-2.1 s for holding. Air is supplied for blowing in 0.4-1.1 s after the mold having been closed. Cooling on the desk takes 1.8-4.0 s. The so manufactured glass flask has body with external and internal walls, bottom with curvilinear internal surface and external surface protruding around the perimeter frame and narrow threaded neck. EFFECT: enhanced quality of product. 7 cl, 3 dwg, 1 tbl
