FIELD: excavating equipment. SUBSTANCE: device has such two working members installed in series as cutting and transporting. A working member is installed on movable cartridge and represents a set of pin-type cutters driven from an engine installed in the top, through horizontal transmission shaft and conical gear. Terminal cutters in the set installed at the cartridge may be disposed. Upper and lower Cardan joints are used to dispose the cutters made telescopic. Undercutting cutter is provided from beneath of the cartridge. Hydraulic cylinder is used as an actuator for reciprocal moving the cartridge. Swing of the disposal should overlap areas of soil processed by adjoined cutters. Blade graders fixed at housing may be shifted in vertical direction and extended in crosswise direction, and used for aftercleaning trench bottom. This allows to install them at the level equal to one for front undercutting cutter. Scraper is installed inside the housing to supply cut and caved in soil upwards.
