SUBSTANCE: information transmission and reception system provides for automatic selection and maintenance of communication and duplex exchange of information. System has clock pulse generators 1 and 2, PR sequence generators 3 and 4, frequency synthesizers 5 and 6, change-over units 7 and 8, transmitting and receiving group units, party transmitting and receiving units 16 and 17, coder 18 and group signal decoder 19, relative phase-shift keying and de-keying devices 20 and 21, radio transmitter 22, radio receiver 23, carrier and reference frequency oscillators 24 and 25, command decoders 26 and 29, device 28 for tracking delay of PR sequence, radio direction finder 30 and antenna-feeder arrangement 31.
