Such a result is provided due to the fact that an information source is additionally introduced into the transmitting part of the radio line, first generator of pseudorandom angle of rotation of signal constellation of QAM-signal, unit of code combination setting and transmitting antenna-feeder device, and to receiving part—receiving antenna-feeder device, connected via radio channel with transmitting antenna-feeder device, as well as a data processor of the receiving part and a second shaper of the pseudorandom angle of rotation of the signal constellation of the QAM signal.

EFFECT: high security of information transmitted over a radio link from unauthorized access.
