FIELD: radio engineering; space engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed invention may be used for duplex data transmission with time division of channels between low-orbit nonstabilized space vehicles and ground station. System implementing proposed method is characterized in that it provides for recording initial moment and time space for transmitting and receiving information within one period of revolution of low-orbit space vehicle and for transmitting and receiving information during next period within preceding memorized time space. To this end system is provided, in addition, with units for digital polarization change-over and control; polarization plane and signal-to-noise ratio meters; microprocessor; antenna assembly. Provision is made for adaptive coordination between polarization angle of receiving antenna and that of signal received from space vehicle. EFFECT: improved reliability of data received and enhanced signal-to-noise ratio. 2 cl, 8 dwg
