FIELD: advertising. SUBSTANCE: method involves launching of reflecting objects in transportation condition into flight trajectory to specified area of space above surface of attracting celestial body, later translation of objects over trajectory of group flight in this area by giving them pulses of velocities and coordinate deviations to realize programmed positioning of projections of objects on to celestial sphere, transfer of objects into operational condition corresponding to their visual recognition and keeping objects in this condition within specified time interval. Launching and movement of objects are realized over space trajectories with location of at least one section of each trajectory in space vacuum. Pulses of velocities and deviations of coordinates as well as transfer of objects into operational condition are executed in same vacuum. EFFECT: increased quality of video images, efficiency and timeliness of delivery of video information to mass services, reduced power consumption for creation and keeping of necessary configuration of video image and ensured capability of formation of video images in free air space. 3 cl, 3 dwg
