FIELD: medical equipment. SUBSTANCE: method of adaptive filtration of speech signals in hearing aids includes acoustoelectric conversion, band filtration, summing, power amplification, electroacoustic conversion. Present values of period of key tone are determined in insonified sections of speech signal and controlling signal by means of which corresponding spacing of peaks of amplitude-frequency characteristics of comb filtration is set is formed. Comb filtration is conducted above signal after its time delay compensating for time spent for noise-immune extraction of present period of key tone. After comb filtration signal is summed up with delayed signal after its band filtration and obtained summary signal is sent into hearing system of listener after amplification and electroacoustic conversion. EFFECT: enhanced operational efficiency. 1 dwg
