FIELD: dispersion and mixing processes. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has case with heat-exchange jacket, shaft, disposed along the axis of the case, horizontal disks, attached to the shaft. Case of the apparatus is made in form of a string with expanded top part and lowered low part, into which frame agitators are mounted in the shaft. Disks has blades in form of triangles with flangings, which are fixed in pairs to be shifted one relatively another in each pair to overlap interblade spaces. Flanging are made at rear side edges of the blades in relation to rotation of the shaft. Blades are turned about their axis by 10-40 deg. Perforated plates are fixed along the whole length of the working area on the shaft. If necessary, perforated plates may be fixed onto the shaft and along the helical line. Blades of the disks and flangings may be perforated. Shapes of perforation may vary. EFFECT: improved efficiency of operation. 4 cl, 2 dwg
