FIELD: grinding materials. SUBSTANCE: proposed vibratory ball mill includes cylindrical drum divided into sections by means of perforated partitions which are filled with grinding bodies by at least 0.5 of their volume at reducing sizes from inlet to outlet; it is mounted on elastic supports and is set in circular vibrations by two-mass inertial vibrator; it is provided with heat-exchange jacket with spiral insert forming helical passage for passage of drying agent which enters housing through partition perforated in lower portion by at least 1/2 of length of section over 1/3 of its perimeter; drying agent passes in succession through perforated walls of sections in counter-flow relative to flow of material to be ground and dried removing surface moisture of particles and escapes from drum through loading hose made from elastic material in form of two coaxial cylinders; inner cylinder is perforated over entire length and outer cylinder is solid and is connected to drying agent outlet pipe union.
