FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: centrifugal disk-type reactor comprises vertical cylindrical casing 1 with phase feed 10 and discharge 11 appliances and movable circular disks 6 and 12 rigidly linked up with main shaft 3. Movable circular disks 6, 12 have holes, central or shifted relative to center, with sizes exceeding the diametre of shafts 7, they are fitted on and arranged inside mincing device 4 representing coaxial cylinders with increasing diametre. The said mincing device is attached onto top cover 2 of reactor casing 1. Note here that aforesaid movable disks 6, 12 are fitted, alternating, on shafts 7 and integrated into cassettes 5 with the help of pressure plates to come in contact with inner surface of mincing device. Lower part of main shaft 3 comprises additionally pressure screw blade or auger 9, while upper part of mincing device 4 has holes arranged along cylinder surface to circulate processed material through mincing device. Cassettes 5 can be separated from main shaft 3 and periodically replaced.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
