FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has case with branch pipes for introducing and removing polymer and gaseous reagent, and agitator. Case is mounted in horizontal. Agitator is made in form of two rounded toruses, mounted for reciprocal motion. Pipe passes through central parts of the toruses; there is a ladle onto the pipe, which ladle is connected to the pipe rigidly. Systems for introducing granulated polymer are disposed symmetrically at both sides of the case along its longitudinal axis. EFFECT: intensification; improved efficiency of operation. 1 dwg
